Due to the customized nature of our products, once your order has been approved by you and submitted to production, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for any merchandise.
We are confident in the quality of our product. Should there be an error at the factory on your custom badge, the factory will correct the error.
Refunds
If there is a refund or cancellation prior to the submission of your order for any reason, you may be assessed a 5% refund/cancellation fee to cover our payment transaction costs.
If your order is approved for a refund, for further assistance regarding your refund, you will need to contact PayPal directly. We have no further insight or tools to expedite the refund or check on the status of the refund as it pertains to your credit card or bank account. Refunds typically take 3-5 banking days to appear in your account, however, there is no specific or guaranteed date or time period for the refund to finish processing.

In-stock badges, insignia, and accessories and leather items are not covered by Smith & Warren’s badge warranty.
